Why you should be skeptical of extraterrestrial life claims as a Biblical Christian

I have no issue with scientific discovery of the universe, inasmuch as it falls within our duty to understand the works of God in Creation. That being said, I think that the heavens declare the glory of God and that Earth and the life that inhabits it is a unique and miraculous one-time occurrence created through and for the work of Christ as Savior and Judge. This video is a good watch to get an idea of things that shape my thinking, scientifically (and just to clarify - this is substantiation for my theology, whereas Scripture is the foundation). Here is another great article that frames a good approach to understanding and skepticism of "scientific" claims around extraterrestrial life.
