This meme is more about judging the ultimate disposition of others, but I think it also speaks to the measure that we *can* use to judge other's actions as well as warning in terms of the focus of ultimate judgement.
When Christ is in the center of our eye, His righteousness removes the "plank" and allows us to see and judge rightly.
